Social Media Content Coordinator Needed

Social Media & Brand Development Assistant We are looking for a bright, creative and ambitious person to join us at the beginning of an exciting journey. This is not a typical social media role. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to grow with the business. The ideal candidate may be at the beginning of their career but should have excellent communication skills, a good eye for content, and a genuine interest in wellness, travel, health and personal development. Responsibilities * Assist with managing our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc * Create and schedule engaging content * Help develop the brand voice and online presence * Research influencers, partners and collaboration opportunities (potentially) * Respond to enquiries and messages (potentially) * Help generate ideas for marketing campaigns and retreats (potentially) What we’re looking for * Strong written English * Creative thinking and initiative * Excellent organisational skills * Interest in wellness, health, travel or lifestyle industries * Ability to learn quickly and work independently * Positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset * Comfortable using Canva, ChatGPT and modern digital tools Experience Experience is welcome but not essential. We are more interested in finding someone intelligent, enthusiastic and eager to grow with the business than someone with years of corporate social media experience. Opportunity This role has significant potential to grow into a senior marketing, brand or business development position as the company expands.
