We are seeking proposals from Russian speaking Virtual Assistants to assist with the following requirements. We anticipate this requiring between one and four hours per day of work with flexibility available both ways.
Content and Contact Management (SquareSpace, Drip CRM, YouTube)
1. Content Duplication and Maintenance (Articles and Blog Posts, Website Content, Product Descriptions, Photoshop Editing)
a. Copy / paste source content to our [login to view URL] website (Blogs, Reviews, Products).
i. Image editing / formatting
ii. Content management and modifications (context, layout)
iv. Pricing maintenance
Requirement 1 involves the copy / paste of text and image content from our supplier's and other source site (mostly products) into our SquareSpace website, including image re-formatting and an eye for content refinement required to provide a standardised and professional look and feel. There is little original writing required for this. You can see plenty of examples of products already uploaded on our [login to view URL] site. We also have documented instructions to optimise your work, however it is also a requirement to attend online training via Zoom.
2. CRM Contact Management
a. Add and maintain Contact Details, Segmentations, and Communication History in CRM.
Requirement 2 involves the continual monitoring of all our communication channels, including SMS, Email, Website, Social Media, Webinars, Partner Sites, etc, and consolidating the key information into our central Drip CRM platform.
Content Creation and Optimisation
3. Video Management
a. Assist with Zoom webinar administration
b. Edit Zoom and iPhone source videos (Webinars, Interviews, Product Demonstrations, Training)
c. Upload and optimise videos to Website, YouTube, and Socials (Channels, Stories, Tiktok, Reels)
Requirement 3 is all about helping to capture, edit, upload, and optimise video content across our YouTube Channels, Facebook Stories, Tiktok, Instagram Reels, etc.
4. Content Development
a. Conduct research on topic
b. Assist with creating compelling and accurate content
c. Graphic Design
i. Template Design
ii. Content Formatting
d. Repurpose content for additional platforms and audiences (Website Blogs, Facebook Posts, LinkedIn Articles)
Requirement 4 involves the research, drafting, and presentation of original content. There will not be a lot of this work to begin with but it will increase as we develop our working relationship.
5. Content Optimisation
a. Add and maintain SEO in SquareSpace and YouTube (Pages, Blogs, Products, Videos)
b. Optimise other content (Hash Tags, Keywords, Captions)
Item 5 requires a strong technical understanding of, and experience with implementing, SEO and other content optimisation techniques.

○ Quality PC and Webcam
○ Available for Zoom training and weekly meetings
