Create blog post (inc transcription) podcast episode

I have podcast episodes which need blog posts and social posts creating.
The input would be: an mp3 file of the episode.
You would need to deliver:
- the transcription (which needs checking)
- a blog post summarising the episode (main themes) with timestamps
- Do SEO keyword research and ensure that keywords are added to the blog post (even if they don't appear in the podcast)
- make a list of all books, products, podcasts, links etc mentioned in the episode and add this to the blog post
