Job Description:
Deal Hi Fi is a classified, b2b and b2c and service marketplace. We have 15 mini-portals or categories with our intention to increase more mini portals or categories based on customer requirement.
We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Manager (SMM) with advanced skills in graphic design and content writing "only from USA."
Tasks & responsibilities:
• Develop raw content (including writing texts) to promote engagement and draw potential clients to interact with the brand
• Create high quality and engaging media content including video content, photography, flash animations, graphic design for social media platforms, marketing assets, company website, blog content for website and print materials
• Develop brand aesthetics and style guidelines and ensure all content creation adheres to them
Please go through DealHiFi and check all the mini sites or portals. DealHiFi is the main container website and there is no place for sign ups in DealHiFi. The sign ups or new registrations happen for each mini portal under DealHiFi. We will provide the details once we select a winner in regards to the social media channels already created and worked upon.
The main marketing should be carried out in 1. Facebook 2, LinkedIn 3. Pinterest 4. Twitter 5. YouTube 6. Quora 7. US forums. You need to work on 1. Google Business 2. Bing Places and 3. Facebook page for ratings and reviews. This is a must to bring in ratings and reviews.
Our Goal is to achieve:
1. Signups in our different mini portals. We have 15 mini sites now, with an aim to increase more
2. Ratings and Reviews for our Google Business Account, Bing Places and Facebook
3. Maximum interactions in our social media channels in terms of views, likes, comments, shares, followers etc.
Our success of the SMM will mainly depend on the following factors:
1. Conversions: We need paid sign ups in our mini sites and we will continuously track it. Need conversions from 2nd month. Targets will be provided.
2. New followers and Reach
3. Engagement: Shares, comments and Likes are valuable currencies for social marketers. Increasing engagement proves that you’re posting content that people want to see.
4. Clicks. Like engagement, click-through highlights compelling content. These can be divided into link clicks or promotion-specific clicks.
5. Posts: How much content are we pushing out as a business and carefully depict a correlation between posts and engagement.
6. Traffic: For this we will check Google Analytics to find out how much traffic we are getting from SMM. A summary will be given monthly.
For YouTube, we need the following:
1. Upload the videos in the channel. Videos will be provided) and Make aware to our audience that we have a YouTube presence
2. We need more followers on our channel. Share the relevant videos uploaded in our YouTube channel on 1. Facebook 2. LinkedIn 3. Pinterest 4. Instagram 5. Twitter eta.
We want a report to be created weekly including the following details. A detailed report format will be shared which you need to share with us weekly including screenshots. A summary is provided below to give an idea
1. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube: No. of new posts, Total Views per post, Total Comments and interaction count per post
2. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube: Total Subscribers or Followers for each
3. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube: Total Likes, Post wise like statistics
4. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram: Total Comments received and made
5. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube: No. of Shares for each post
6. Facebook, LinkedIn: No of Groups created and joined and their post statistics. The groups created and joined should be related to our offerings.
7. Others as applicable
Top priority is focusing on RESULTS. All work progress will be monitored by our marketing department.
