We are a growing home healthcare company based in the Chicago-area looking for an inside sales representative who can handle inbound phone and internet leads with a goal of scheduling an in-home assessment with a local business representative.

-Strong communication skills
-Active listener, able to ask the right questions to keep prospects talking and telling their story
-Natural ability to empathize with others
-Responsive and timely
-Fielding inbound inquiry phone calls and emails from prospect clients
-Responding to internet leads and inquiry emails in a timely manner
-Reach out to referrals and leads received from community referral sources in a timely manner
-Enter all prospects and leads into CRM
-Follow up on all phone consultations with informational email
-Track and manage sales funnel, following up with all leads who you have not successful reached, and those who have not yet agreed to scheduling an in-home assessment.
-Coordinate with local representatives to schedule all inquiries, leads, and referrals for in-home assessments
-Gain command of service area to ensure all incoming inquiries, leads, and referrals are in a serviceable area
-Ensure all pending clients are sent and complete in-take paperwork by Docusign.
If you are looking for additional hours, you can be assigned additional duties including:
-Manage email marketing list
-Draft and send email marketing newsletter
-Draft employee newsletter
-Develop and post content to business social media accounts
-Draft blog posts for company websites
