Media Editing and Administration for academic organization -- 2

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to assist with media editing and administration for our academic organization such as searching for online images and posting social media posts manually. The ideal candidate should have experience in photo editing, managing social media accounts, as well as a strong attention to detail and understanding of educational purposes.
Skills and Experience:
- Data Entry Administration
- Microsoft Words and Excel
- Google Docs and Spreadsheet
- Knowledge of how to search for and select relevant photographs for posts (is a must)
- Proficient in photo editing software such as Canvas
- Experience in editing photos for educational purposes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to specific guidelines and requirements
- Familiarity with academic organizations and their media editing needs
- Ability to handle a large volume of photos for editing (more than 20)
- Proficiency in using Facebook for social media management
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing posts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the organization's team
Responsibilities:
- Search for high-quality photographs related to academic topics
- Create and schedule daily posts on Facebook
- Write informative and engaging captions for each post
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
- Collaborate with the organization's team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Be responsible for accurately entering data into our system.
- Edit and enhance photos for educational purposes
- Ensure that edited photos meet the specific guidelines and requirements provided
- Organize and manage the edited photos in a systematic manner
- Collaborate with the academic organization to understand their specific media editing needs and goals
- Provide regular updates on the progress of the editing tasks
We estimate needing administrative assistance for more than 40 hours per week. The candidate MUST be able to commit to this time commitment.
