An AC Servo Motor Driver with built-in Position and/or Position / Speed / Torque control modes (P,S,T, PS, PT, ST), 1000W power output, single or three phase AC power input selectable is needed, The motor types are: 750 Watt, delta motion ECMA series (ECMA-C20807, ECMA-C20907, ECMA-G21306, ECMA-GM1306). User interfaces are, RS485/RS232/pulse input and Membrane keypad with alphanumeric LCD. You may bid for, only position control mode, and Position / Speed / Torque control modes. Speed limit, torque limit and electromagnetic brake capabilities should exist.
The freelancer should supply the design with all schematics, pcb file, gerber files, firmware codes, bill of materials (components which can be found easily from digikey, farnell... should be used, do not use any obsolete component), and all necessary configurations. Altium Designer will be used for design of electronics. For the microcontroller design, Pic16, Pic18 (H-Tech picC) series, Arm7, Arm9, Cortex M3 (Keil or Iar compilers) are acceptable. (I have ICD3, ulink2, jlink programmers). If you prefer, you may use a RTOS such as ucos2, but before I should confirm the RTOS. The wiring should fit ECMA series motors. Overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, ESD protections should be included. Sample software and full command set will be given to control the driver. Please check ASDA-B series drivers from delta motion web site. I do not need all advanced options, but you will see what I need.
The freelancer may supply a prototype, or I'll manufacture a prototype before paying for the Project.
