I'm looking for an expert to help create monthly recipes that also suggest gross profit (GP) per portion.
This needs to include:
- Recipe Development
- GP on plate
- Photography of dish
- Video of creating the recipe
- Interview with the chef to explain recip (we'd supply this)
This content will be used for a wholesale distributor that specialises in fresh produce, inclduing meat, fish, fruit, veg, dairy and bakery. They will share it and the chef on their website, social, emails etc.
