We have audio recordings of about 28.5 hours of talks from a medical / Web 2.0 conference which need to be transcribed. The resulting transcripts should be of sufficient quality to serve as book-chapter drafts, i.e. the spelling must be impeccable. The audio is clear.
There are some non-native speakers so the transcriber should be a native speaker who would be able to edit grammatically problematic sentences slightly (on the fly) so that they are publishable, while preserving the meaning. There are not many talks which require such editing.
