I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant / Personal Assistant who can assist me in various day-to-day tasks, organization, and generally administrative things I don't have the time to do on my own. I am a Real Estate Broker ,with my own company . This will be a long term engagement . I require this service to be billed on an hourly basis .Some projects will have a fixed budget, and clearly defined deliverables .
My virtual assistant must have excellent written and spoken English, and may be required to make telephone calls as well.
Some tasks you will be required to perform include :
-write in English
-VERY dependable broadband Internet
- Research (and associated report writing)
- formatting documents to certain specifications
- make phones calls following a script
Database Add/delete/edit client information with format
consistency, Data verification, Label setup/printing
in preparation for mailings, Letter setup/printing for
mailings, Data cleanup, Trouble-shooting/problem
resolution, Special Lists – Creation/Maintenance.
Mailings Direct Mail, Email, Hand-addressed pieces
Flyers, Brochures, Letters, Newsletters and
packets, Coordinated campaigns, Monthly mailings.
Research for potential sellers via online newspapers, online courthouse records, MLS listings, FSBO listings
