I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant / Personal Assistant who can assist me in various day-to-day tasks, organization, and generally administrative things I don't have the time to do on my own. I am involved in a number of businesses and am looking to make myself more efficient both at work and at home. You will be in charge of writing general documents, creating spreadsheets to keep me on task and organized, and general research for different jobs that my clients require. May be some phone calls to research vendors ie find a plumber in my neighbourhood who will come by on Saturday kind of thing.
I think the time will break down like this:
40% Web research
50% Documenting recomendations or research
10% Personal Followup
This will be an ongoing position for the right person.
You must already be solid in the following areas:
-write in English
-VERY dependable broadband Internet
-VOIP phone access for making calls to US/Cnada
-grasp concepts quickly
-google (including gmail, docs, and spreadsheets)
-attention to detail
-work at affordable rate
Please bid for this position for 2 hours per day/20 day duration. This is for consistency in the bidding process.
