501(c)3 Applications

I am wanting to create two non-profit organizations and I am looking to hire someone to fill out the 501(c)3 applications.
1 of the organizations will be used as a scholarship fund to support students going to school to be holistic health practitioners.
The other organization will be raising funds to work on various environmental projects.
I am looking to find someone who has filled out a 501(c)3 in the past or at least has experience with something similar.
I will be available to answer all the questions about the organizations and to give details. However, I want someone that can take the details that I share and write them in a manner that is congruent with the way that the IRS wants everything reported.
Please let me know what the cost for each application would be and roughly how long it would take to fill them out.
I have selected a medium project but I honestly don't have a clear idea of what they value of this is.
