SEO work

Hi

I need a freelancer to do some SEO work for me. Heres a description:

1) Submission to relevant directories, including paid directories like Yahoo, [url removed, login to view], etc.

2) Write articles app. 400 - 500 words, and submit those to news media

3) Comment on relevant blogs, both NoFollow and DoFollow

4) Do social bookmarking and setup RSS feed on these bookmarks

5) Write Press Releases and publish those to relevant pressrelease sites

6) Write articles for blogging websites and get these posted

Skills needed

Fluent english i writing

All articles will be checked for duplicate content on copyscape - only unique content needed

At least 3 years expierence with linkbuilding and SEO

I need a price per hour/week/month. I exspect to use at least 50 hours per month rest of the year, and at least 100 hours per month from 2010.

Please write to me, with some examples on SEO work you have done in the past, and how you see a linkbuildingproject from day one and the next 6 month.
