We're looking to start doing PR on a regular basis and would like to find a go to copywriter for this. We're looking to start with two informative press release articles to be distributed (by us) in Australia and Singapore. We're currently hosting a program in Australia which I would like to spread the awareness of, and also the awareness that these therapies exists and there is "new hope for children with cerebral palsy". The other which will be directed towards our market in Singapore should focus on our two previous trips and our upcoming trip starting January 21st. Neurosuit Therapy and CME (Cuevas MEDEK Exercise) are the two programs that we would like to concentrate on for this article. CME is a specialized form of physical therapy, which was created by Ramon Cuevas in Santiago, Chile. All NAPA CME Practitioners travel to Santiago to be trained directly by Ramon Cuevas.
The first suit used for therapy was created in Russia for the cosmonauts returning from space with debilitated muscles. It was then used in Poland to treat children and adults with cerebral palsy. Lynette, the founder and CEO of NAPA Center, took her son Cody to the center in Poland nine times for a month each trip. This intensive program utilizing suit therapy was not at that time offered in the US.
Now, NAPA Center offers therapy programs which Lynette and Cody traveled around the world to receive, under one roof in Los Angeles, California. NAPA offers a wide variety of intensive therapies for patients with a wide variety of disabilities. NAPA sends their therapists around the world for training and has patients from around the world traveling to our center. We’ve had patients from Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Egypt, Russia, Canada, India, Malaysia, Spain, London, and so on.
In 2011 we started an international traveling program to bring our therapies to those who are unable to travel to our clinic in Los Angeles. Traveling to groups of our international patients has significantly brought the expenses down which go along with traveling and staying in Los Angeles.
We’ve now traveled to Singapore twice and are currently conducting a program in Gold Coast, Australia. We’ve schedule three additional trips between Australia and Singapore for 2013. We hope to continue to bring our therapies to countries, which lack the knowledge and resources in hopes of giving all children with disabilities the hope that they deserve.
We would like to distribute press releases during the last week of our intensive session which is Oct. 15th-19th. Please let me know of any ideas or suggestions for articles off what I have sent you. I was leaning towards more informative as Australian citizens are VERY unaware of the resources that are our there for their children. “New Hope for Cerebral Palsy” was the slogan that seemed to work the best when spreading awareness of our intensive programs throughout the US.
