During these three months, I have continued to provide and update the Report of Unbilled Time Cost for twice a month which has never been billed or where file issued interim bill but the work on ahead and also, I marked it for Unbilled Balance.
In previously, I provided the Report of Unbilled Time Cost which files never bill only. Started from Feb, I have changed of arrangement for the Report providing, because of mostly file been billed or closed. Consequently, I presented the Report of Work in Progress to the Fee Earners at the end of months and they were having very good feedback on it and they were found it was helpful for billing reminder. And for sure, we could finally make its way into corporate environments with the Billing matter.

man and woman always busy for their work. Sometimes, they have no time to arrange the billing. I only can chase their PA, mama and papa for the time being. Luckily, mama and papa were very helpful and arranged to draft the bill and waiting for approval.
I would like to point out the Outstanding Debt list that is too busy for man to dealing with.
He has a thousand of things to do regard with his Admiration work.
Collecting data is a difficult task when it changes and has to be updated every day ever since. And also, matching data between with report of UTC/WIP and matter list, it takes me over two hours per day.
In the light of these conclusions, I recommend that Report of Work in Progress and Report of Unbilled Time cost should be provide one a month from March since the billing mostly clear.
Four months past, I realized that how complicated working process in the maam firm. And also, I thought I would spend a few hours per day to improve my knowledge in the maam firm.
