Serious Professional VA's/PA's ONLY please!
I'm looking for a part-time virtual assistant that will be preforming a range of tasks for me and my copywriting business including;
1. Answering and call existing clients - customer service
2. Project management - deadlines met + reviewing and editing
3. Completing a number of occasional tasks listed below:
a. Data Entry
b. Data Conversion from PDF and other image files.
c. Content Uploading.
d. Professional Editing.
e. Web link and Directory Submission
f. Customer Support via Email and Live Chat
g. Internet Research and fact checking
h. Providing Virtual Assistance for all business needs.
i. Placing bids on freelance work sites - daily
j. Delivering completed work to clients
If you have a British English phone manner and accent this is a huge advantage as those with English 1st language will be shortlisted. Those with German/French/Spanish/Portuguese/Polish as second/three etc will be shortlisted as well. Professional customer service and editing skills are also important.
You must be available via Skype, email and phone immediately and on short notice, depending on busy periods.
This role is 50% marketing and 50% administration please bid a per hour rate. 15 hours per week for the first month 30 hours per week the following months. Results are important.
Training and support from me, materials and personal development resources all provided.
You will need to start immediately!

Price is very important, so please bid a price that motivates you and will allow you to commit for 12 months+
