My company is at the stage where I can outsource the first stage of my customer relationship - namely the first response to an enquiry.
Before you ask, it would be impossible to automate it because it is the personal touch that starts the relationship in my business.
I would like to train someone with good english to fulfill this role. It could be one to two hours of work per day.
