Need a creative technical writer for work related to a software application I will soon be releasing commercially. The application is an Excel add-in that allows users to create complex queries of Excel workbooks. The project consists of two parts: A help file that will provide users information and instructions on how to use the software and developing written content for the web site that will be used to promote and sell the software. The web content will be for one page and consist of approximately 4 to 5 paragraphs. I have developed a rough draft that can be used to complete the help file and have compiled some ideas that can be incorporated into the web content.
The writer should have experience using Excel and MS Query (having developed queries using Access can substitute for MS Query experience). Should be able to think of ways that query related software can be useful to potential customers. Writer must have Excel 2003, 2002 or 2000. I would like for bidders to submit examples of their work, preferably for both types of writing.
