As a small professional services organization with less than 50 employees and associates, most of whom are ex-C-level professionals, we seek a freelancer to create a 'brand book' that will synchronize the way we present ourselves to the world. This will be used as a guide for employees and is designed to define our brand, ensure internal brand consistency, and boost our visual identity.
The brand book should include all the elements necessary to establish and communicate a successful brand identity that resonates with our target audiences. It must incorporate our brand values, guidelines, logo, visual elements, and a framework for customized messaging.
We specialize in transformation consulting, therefore the branding book should capture our values, mission, goals, and objectives in a way that conveys a strong message to our clients and potential customers. It should communicate its professional service with images that will convey clarity of purpose, trustworthiness, and contemporary thinking. It should be cutting-edge yet imaginative, empowering, and supportive.
The freelancer should have excellent design and written communication skills, and extensive knowledge of brand identity creation and development. They need to be able to work to our brief and help bring our brand to life.
