C++ Coder to add YouTube Streamer to Video Game Client

Existing video game project looking to add cool new functionality. Project is C++ VS2019, and may require some LUA. Based on Directx9.

Scenario:

TV For the Living Room.

Players have a 'Residence' where they may continue a form of gameplay. I would like to enable a YouTube Stream, so as a person can view a video from in-game. Additional details:

Stream from YouTube directly to the Client. (Do not relay data through the game network)

Any links clicked must open outside of game in default browser

Handlers for errors (cant find video, connect to YT, etc)

Parse game chat for YT Links, when clicked open in "TV"

Do not allow high resolution streams (potential for lag)

Serverside checks:

To see if user has a 'Special' Rank/Flag

If flag is enabled, allow user to view without video ad.

If flag is disabled, allow user to view after playing one or more ads
