C++, Show me how to send a specific packet with a specific structure

I already have a completed project but it has a small issue where some data is not being received. To fix this i need to send a specific packet with a set structure to request the details be sent from the server.
I need someone who knows how to monitor incoming/outgoing UDP packets via 3rd party tool, show me how to structure this packet within my ready-made code and confirm that the snippet is working.
Anyone with experience I would expect this to be a 30-minute job as all the data/code is already present. You need only to understand how UDP packets work and are structured.
All code for checksums/ID and data required for the request are already present in the code.
