I have a digitized signal that has a lot of noise. What I can do is to use standard linear filter to smooth and filter out the noise (picture is in attach). However this linear filter is not appropriate in my opinion since it won't track low changes in the signal accurately.
So the task is to project more accurate non-linear Kalman Filter to track these changes in the signal. Also implementation of Kalman filter must be in C/C++ without any close source libraries for delivery.
