[STM32 C] Need Help getting a CSV file uploaded and parsed

I have a system using a STM32 and need to be able to send a csv file from Realterm to my processor and parse it

Deliverables

Expectations being communication from Realterm to the PC with correct commenting and seeing on realterm software the response from the STM32 stating it got the file.
