Traccar configure custom esp32 to log gps data into Traccar

Need support with setting up 2 custom esp32 to record GPS data to my own test traccar server.
I am using the below code / tutorial as my basis however if you have better code then we can use that the aim is to have the esp32 record GPS data every 2-3 seconds

Details of uploading it onto the esp32 i use the standard Arduino software for this
Validating and reviewing log files from Traccar to ensure it is receiving the data and troubleshooting if it is not
Should have experience with Traccar and ESP32 and hopefully have even done this with your own esp32s so we can use the same code.
