- need some proof of work (nothing personal just some kind of logging program or screenshots and a work log) this can decrease as we get along.
- you need to know and help setup perforce (or other thing where we can work with artists and programmers on same project without hassle)
- I have no unreal 4 experience (i come from unity) you need to help me make transition smooth
- make prototypes (both c++ and blueprints) with good documentation
can be longer term.
