Hello dear freelancers, Thank you for taking your time to read our job posting. We are a growing company specializing in all aspects of EXPLICIT content. Right now we are looking for more WRITERS to join our team. What we are looking for: - You need to understand that the content will be very explicit, so you will be looking at nude scenes - extremely erotic (yes, actual p o r n) and if you are not willing to go past prejudices related to this type of content (or if your religious, political, social etc. believes don’t allow you to do so) – please do not apply. A large number of writers that are now in our team have changed their perspectives and views towards this type of writing and understood that there is nothing bad about looking and writing about explicit content. So, if you think that you are open-minded enough and ready to give this new type of work a try – please go ahead and apply. - Your English level needs to be good – it does not need to be perfect at a level of a native speaker, as you won’t be writing essays, but it needs to be good with minimum errors (meaning, spelling, grammar, punctuation etc.). Your job will consist of writing short descriptions about the things you see in images/videos and we need accurate descriptions with good grammar and spelling. - You need to be able to read and understand instructions – this may seem like a normal thing, but we have had various situations where a writer simply cannot understand how important it is to read the instructions carefully so we end up repeating and explaining the same things all over again. The instructions we give are always easy to understand, so all you need is the willingness to actually listen to what we say and to apply that to the work you do. - We base our company on the notion of long-term work. Due to this we like to establish trust and and a friendly work environment with our team members. This means that we need you to be reasonably communicative and open to changes. This is a dynamic work and some people have a hard time adapting to a new work environment – sometimes you will look at images, sometimes it will be videos, you might need to open them in a browser or to download them. Something new comes up all the time and we don’t want members that react negatively or grumpily to anything that is 1 step to the left of their usual path. You need to be smart, curious and ready for variations. In order to make sure you really read everything, please write your age at the top of your proposal. - You need to be able to accept criticism and to fix errors if they show up. Our team always try to explain things in a simple way and do their best to help you out when you don’t understand something, so instead of being angry/dissatisfied at them for pointing out an issue – take your take to understand it and fix it. Work is all about improving your skills and the willingness to listen and accept advice. - You need to understand the importance of deadlines. This is a fast-paced project and we always have a pre-organized schedule that we need to stick to. We are all human and understand that sometimes unexpected problems come up – this is why we need communication with you. We will respect you and in the same way we wish that you respect us and the work that we assign you. As long as we have a good ground-base, we can always find a compromise. Final: The rate for this job is not negotiable ($45 for 1000 descriptions). We welcome new freelancers to give this job a try.
