I need the following:
-Implement Vtiger on my website
-Set up webform
-My compangy offers a service at peoples homes or offices. I would like to have certain information that I enter in the Quote or Invoice module to be easily transferable to any calendar. Some of these infos to be transfered are:
Client's Address ( or shipping address )
Client's Telephone number
Job description ( personal notes that I write )
I would like to have the above items easily and quickly transferable from a quote or invoice in vtiger to a calendar such as gmail ( I say gmail because I think it can't be done on the vtiger calendar ).
This can be done by either having the information automatically transfered to the "description information block" area on a quote or invoice as I fill out the "address information block" area of the same module. I can then copy/paste the information in the " description information " to a calendar. Or this could be done by some other method that you might think of . This is important so that my employees can have access to a calendar on the web to see what jobs they have to do.
- In vtiger, the taxes are added up together before being applied to the total found in the quote/invoice. If there are 2 taxes, one of 10% and the other 5%
Vitger calculates like this->
100$ x ( 10%+ 5% ) = 115$
Here in Canada we calculate like this
-> 100$ x 10$ = 110$ then with this new total we do the second tax, 110$ x 5% = 115.50$
I need the invoice and quote to calculate taxes like we do in Canada.
-In quote and invoice, it is mandatory to enter an item . My company doesn't sell any items, is there a way to make this option non-mandatory ??
-I also need to have my invoices and quotes to look diiferent. I know these can be change with PDF Maker, but I would want you to do it for me.
-I need someone that I can easily understand their accent when they talk to them, cause last time I called Vtiger, I couldn't understand the guy at all !!!
-I also need to be able to talk to the freelancer to discuss things about this project as we go along.
