I am looking for a specialist who can set up the following flow of B2C communication for my company:
1. The client fills application form on our website https://bodyo.com.
2. The record about it comes to our Zoho CRM (as a lead).
3. We reply to person from Zoho CRM.
4. We get all further replies from client in Zoho CRM. Thus, all communication history with a lead is stored FULLY in Zoho.
Currently, we get all further replies from client only to Outlook email under which Zoho account is registered. And we cannot monitor history in full.
