Sharpspring Administrator and Overview

We are a home services small business and have been integrating Sharpspring as our CRM, however our digital marketing agency using Sharpspring is brand new to the program as well and does not understand it's full functionality nor how to maximize the marketing, workflows and reports.

We are looking for several hours from a professional extremely familiar with Sharpspring to work through the capabilities of Sharpspring, and then to define a further scope of work for building out reports, workflows, action groups and marketing integration as needed. We do not need a CRM overview, but rather a specific analysis of what we are missing in our implementation of Sharpspring.
