We are looking to customize our SugarCRM (sugar professional) Dashlet or section within Sugar that we can type a name of a company in text box that would automatically populate an Account (company already in Sugar) and then have another field next to this text box which is related to your History section of an Opportunity. This field is the text box used within History (Create a note or attachment) that you would type information in the Subject Line that populates a time/date stamp once you save it. If we have more then one Opportunity for this particular Account, then a third box will have to appear, and the user will have to select the specific Opportunity.
The information that is being type in the Subject Line from History (Create Note or Attachment) should save in the Opportunity section for that particular Account.
