I am looking for a dedicated administrative assistant to support my business operations on Thursdays and Fridays every week 8 hours per day. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the back-end activities of my business run smoothly and efficiently. This role will eventually grow into a full time position We are an online training company based in the UK and as a result, the ability to read, write and speak English to a high level is essential **Key Responsibilities:** -Creating class registers with data taken from ZOHO CRM and transferred onto a word document Creating emails with certificates that are to be sent to students upon completion of courses entering new customers into the CRM **Skills and Experience:** - **Experience Level:** I am seeking someone with an intermediate level of experience in administrative roles. This means you should already be familiar with the tasks listed and can perform them with minimal supervision. - **Software Proficiency:** Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, are essential. You should also be comfortable using various email platforms like Gmail and Outlook. Experience with any CRM software is highly advantageous and will put you at the forefront of candidates. - **Communication:** - **Organization:** You must be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adept at prioritizing your workload. **Ideal Candidate:** The perfect candidate for this position is someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently. You must be proactive in managing tasks and flexible enough to adapt to changing priorities. Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred, with proven proficiency in the required software and excellent communication skills.
