Suspect project will require acquiring APIs from both Zoho and CallFire:
1. Must integrate call dialing features of CallFire from now-populated Zoho CRM database. Information from Zoho (e.g., telephone number, address, names of contacts, prior mailouts and more) should be automatically visible onscreen to guide call. When call is finished (and recorded), auto-date notes screen should open, complete with link to audio file hosted on CallFire URL. When note is saved, next call should pop into queue, fed directly from Zoho, not from an exported CSV list.
2. Follow-up options should be check-box-able to create master list(s) of action steps following the call. For instance, if mailing out postcard is required, a checkbox will place that company listing (containing name, company, address, etc.) on a page of printout labels or ready for merging into letter-sized correspondence.
