I need someone who can build me a CRM that I can also re-use.
Meaning you create a CRM with the CRM flow below & I can go in and re-create & change the content in the drip campaigns for another campaign or niche.
Zoho CRM Workflow
1) Lead comes in from landing page
2) Immediate SMS & Email sent out with their inquiry. I have ringcentral & globiflow
3) They are placed on cold drip campaign with sms & email
4) I can manually place them on a warm or hot drip campaign with sms & email
5) I can manually send them sms & email from within podio.
6) Any new lead that comes in has automatic task set up and automatically assigned to a user.
7) Podio receives replies from sms & emails
8) I can bulk upload excel sheets & those leads are automatically set up on cold campaign & automatically set up on a task & automatically assigned to a user.
9) Any bulk uploading, when assigned to a cold campaign, can only send out 200 emails a day. So if I upload 1,000 new leads, it will take 5 days for all those leads to receive the first awareness campaign email & sms.
