The final version of these PSDs will change slightly--we just got a new logo and a few bits of text has changed.
Note that these pages have some interaction--for example, switching between different videos while on the tour page, and lightboxes on the graphs on the homepage.
I'm the guy who will be maintaining this code down the road, so I'm willing to pay a bit more for someone who can prove they write clean code that's semantically sound and clearly commented.

I decided that instead of using static HTML pages, I'm going to use Drupal 7.
Much of the work will still be HTML & CSS, but you'll need to understand how Drupal's regions, blocks, and theme system works in order to know where to put the CSS.
If this theming project goes well, I plan to hire the person to work a few hours a week on this Drupal site on an ongoing basis--not just this one time project.
