I have a web app that is written in Classic ASP that utilizes table-based HTML. Several example pages are attached. For this project, I want you to re-write the HTML and CSS so the site looks more modern. I see this project done in two phases. Phase I will focus on updating the CSS and doing as few changes to the existing HTML as possible. Phase II will focus on replacing the table-bases HTML with DIVs to make the site responsive.
There are 6 html files I need reviewed:
-AnnouncementAdd - sample add form
-AnnouncementList - list page with filters
-AnnouncementDisplay - shows the contents of the selected announcement
-Navigation - left navigation bar
-Heading - top heading bar
-Home - main dashboard for the site
There are several image files that show how the pages look on the production site in their current state. These are all prefixed with 'Current_'. The 'new_' files show a sample design that I am going for. The Add and list pages just need to look more modern.
The site currently uses frames (top, nav, and body) so I'd like to keep this for Phase I. Phase II will replace this with a responsive layout.
The goal of Phase I is to get the pages looking as modern as possible with primarily CSS changes and as few changes as possible.
