US Based CSS Expert Needed

I need a CSS expert to look over a simple page I am constructing in PHP and fix a basic problem on there. This should be a quick 1 hour of work or less for the right person. But as more of this sort of thing comes up, I will need some more help periodically. I ONLY want US based people for this task. I need someone local that I can call if needed and discuss these sorts of things. No offshore workers please. If you respond and you are not in the US, forgive me in advance for my anger because I will be seriously mad. Respect my time and yours and don't respond. But if you are a US CSS expert, I really need a hand, so I'd appreciate you responding to this. Thanks Myles
