simple canvas meme generator

Using Canvas and javascript only (no bootstrap, no jquery) make a meme similar to the one on Udacity ([login to view URL]). Separate HTML, CSS & JS files please. I will provide the basic HTML file to insert the code into. This has to be original work and not copied or stolen from anyone else's template.
