Web app front end modifications

I have a web app that is already developed and has the front end scripts. I need some modifications in the app from the front end side, such as adding a company logo, adding terms and conditions, and some other minor changes (details will be provided later).
Additionally, I need the developer to redirect the localhost to my website, so that the app can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.
The developer should have experience in web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web hosting. The developer should also be able to communicate effectively and deliver the project within the agreed deadline and budget.
This project has a high priority and a tight deadline. I am looking for an experienced and efficient developer who can deliver quality work in a timely manner.
