Freelance Designer Wanted for AngularJS Sports Activities Page Design

About this task:
I am looking for a talented freelancer designer to design a one-page AngularJS page for my website. The purpose of the page is for users to select multiple sports activities, generate an invoice, and print and send it via email.
Requirements:
* The design must be responsive for both web and mobile pages.
* The design must include a table of activities with an easy-to-select multiple activities feature.
* The table must display the activity Name, Description, Week Day and time, and Price for each activity.
* The activities can be organized into different groups using tabs.
* A progress bar must be included that indicates the step the user is in and is visible from any tab:
- Select Activities
- Confirm Selection (this tab will show only the selected activities)
- Generate Invoice
- Print the Invoice and Send the Invoice by Email
- Send an Email with Confirmation
* All data for the table of activities must be randomly generated for easy modification later on.
Selection Criteria:
* Cost: The total cost will be a determining factor in selecting the freelancer. Please ensure your bid reflects the total cost.
* Portfolio: Please include a link to your portfolio or previous work and designs.
* Availability: I am looking for someone who can start the project as soon as possible.
* Timing: The task must be completed within 3 days, and the first proposed design must be sent within 24 hours of the freelancer selection.
