I am time poor and need some modules completed for a diploma course. the modules are:

Module 1 - Facilities Management Planning

Describe the broader organisation strategic planning process and the way it provides guidance to the Facilties Management Unit (FMU); identify the needs of the organisation specifically in terms of the demands it places on facilities; describe the needs to meet certain standards of facilities performance and the procedures and practices required; plan the work to be done by the FMU.

Module 2 - Facilities Management

Implement the facilities management plans; monitor the implementation of the facilities management plans; solve problems; review and evaluate the plans and their implementation; report the outcomes of review and evaluation to relevant stakeholders.

Module 3 - Risk Management

Demonstrate knowledge of the AS/NZS 4360:2004; demonstrate ability to apply the seven-step risk management process; identify risks related to the facilities and management of the facilities; identify risk treatments; monitor and review risks; involve relevant stakeholders in risk assessment processes.

Module 4 - Financial Planning and Management

Describe the need for financial planning; prepare a budget and estimate costs associated with the FMU; monitor the facilities cash flow; report financial outcomes.

Module 5 - Procurement and Contract Management

Contribute to the procurement management plans for the FMU; define clearly the requirements for procurement; determine and implement the most appropriate method of sourcing suppliers; utilise the tender process; choose the most appropriate contract method; analyse contract for suitability and clarity; administer and manage the contract process.

Module 6 - Project Management

Identify situations which are projects; scope the project; plan the project; execute the project; control the project; close the project.

Module 7 - Management and Leadership

Manage staff, including selection, development, motivation and maintenance; understand the competencies required by the different positions; prepare a Human Resources plan; know how to select, induct and develop staff; provide staff with performance targets as well as feedback on performance; encourage staff to further develop their competence; address staffing issues.

Module 8 - Performance Management and Assessment

Establish realistic performance targets; communicate the targets to all relevant people; assist staff to achieve targeted outcomes; monitor performance; provide feedback on performance.
