Magento Job by ishmanbodycare

We were unsuccessful in completing our site upgrade with the programmer initially accepted on this site. He developed an unprofessional attitude when communicating with the developers who completed our last site build. We are interested in working with you instead. It has also come to our attention that our site requires some optimization in the upgrade. Our former programmers did make some core code changes, which need to be broken out into modules in order to complete the changes. We are able to provide a document outlining the changes that were made.

Another pressing issue it that our hosting service is concerned about our bandwith usage. This doesn't make much sense to us. Here is the information they provided:

With this notification we would like to inform you that our in-house Website Performance Monitoring System (WPMS) has signaled that your account constantly uses a large amount of the server's CPU resources.

Your account's CPU usage is 78249 script executions per day. The industry standard for CPU usage of a semi-dedicated account is 24 000 .

SiteGround's servers use stable hardware, as well as custom developed load-balancing monitoring system. This is why we let our accounts utilize even more CPU resources than the industry standard allows.

Unfortunately, no matter how powerful or how well optimized the server is, it is possible that one account consumes almost all server resources for a short period of time and thus causes very high load on the server. Even though the amount of CPU resources we allocate to the accounts we host is higher than the industry standard, your account's CPU usage exceeds even our increased limit. As a result, your website affects negatively the performance of the whole semi-dedicated server and all accounts hosted on it.

The CPU (Central Processing Unit) is a shared server resource. Therefore, when there are too many requests to your site (including but not limited to many visitors and/or slow SQL queries), your account makes excessive requests to the semi-dedicated server. These excessive requests consume an abnormally high amount of CPU resources and endanger the overall performance of the semi-dedicated server.

The Website Performance Monitoring System generates graphs illustrating your website's weekly CPU usage compared to the normal server usage. You can review the CPU usage graph for your account at the link below:

For your convenience, we have prepared a useful article that will help you understand the graph more easily:

As you can see from the graph, your website's CPU usage is well above SiteGround's maximum allowed usage per semi-dedicated account, which, as we already mentioned, is much higher than the standard hosting industry usage. In other words - your website requires a thorough optimization and/or a more powerful hosting environment.

To resolve the issue, you can choose any of the following solutions:

1) You can hire a professional developer who will be able to optimize your website and the applications/scripts you are using. A well optimized application/script uses much less CPU resources.

More information on how to optimize some of the most popular applications can be found in our Website Performance Optimization tutorial at:

Please let me know what your price would be to assist us in resolving operating resource issues and moving code into modules so we can upgrade from Magento 1.4.1 to 1.5. You may also include the upgrade to version 1.5 in your bid. We are motivated to move quickly on this, so I appreciate your response. We are under some pressure from our hosting company.
