You've done great work for us in the past and I have an urgent project I need assistance with.
On Friday at 8AM our site started returning the error "There was an error processing your order. Please contact us or try again later." We receive an order notification email by RSS that says "Payment transaction failed. Reason: Unable to read response, or response is empty. Checkout Type: onepage"
We did not make any changes that we are aware of either in paypal or magento. Paypal checkout also does not work. We are using Payflow Pro Gateway with Express Checkout and have reloaded our API credentials to no avail.
Contacting paypal, they do not see any query coming in on their side. I've attempted to turn on error logging to help this morning, but cannot seem to get it to work. I've cleared caches, disabled a couple extensions and compilation.
Would you please let me know ASAP if you can assist us here?
