Message Part 2 of 2 Revel Miller
D. Future Work
We wish to establish a good working relationship with a virtual assistant company in developing this shopping cart technology and management. At present our interest is limited to the shopping cart services. To make purchases, deliver the optins, deliver autoresponders and manage the initial lists, we want to be set up and have the cart fully functional and tested by October 20. Prospects will be visiting our new website, opting in and registering for the webinar on October 22.
After this initial milestone date of October 20, if we work well together, we can do more work with the autoresponders and list management. There is more room for growth as we expand our offerings and marketing tactics.
E. Pricing Method
I am not sure how you work on projects like this. Do we negotiate a fee for these projects? I would like to do that.
F. Communication Methods
Also, I am not sure how we would be communicating. Email and Skype would be best. I think it is difficult to give instructions about complex issues such as building a flow chart for autoresponders. If you have software or a visual system to lay the sequenced messages out to be read, that would be helpful.
I would like to be assigned to a project manager with whom I can work and communicate easily. I know that you are about 12.5 hours ahead of my time in Santa Barbra, California, just north of Los Angeles. This time differential will challenge us when speaking live on Skype. I do not require that you work on my time zone. But I would like to speak with you once in a while. This would require my contact person to rise early or stay late at work periodically.
G. English Language Skills
I like to develop good communication with all of my assistants. Good written and spoken English skills are imperative. I do not speak any of your dialects. I have a team of virtual assistants in the Philippines, and so far we have communicated quite will with just a few problems.
I have travelled the world, lived in Asia for over 2 years, visited India a few times, and I have some Indian friends here in the USA. I do not fear working with foreigners. Nor am I condescending. I respect and am grateful to anyone who can help me and my business with their specialized skills.
Please consider our needs and contact me as soon as possible. I will gladly answer any of your questions so that we can work out a negotiated proposal.
