A. Introduction & Needs
Revel Miller, Inc. is a small and new company that I will launch on October 20. We sell group training programs to professionals on a variety of topics that utilize webinar and teleseminar formats as well as a membership site.
We will be marketing through our new website to build our list and we will send emails to past clients. Our goal is to build our list by driving our past clients and traffic to our website to optin. We will offer a free bi-weekly ezine as well as a free report and webinars as optin giveaways.
B. Payment Method
I believe that we need to work for an hourly price, not for a fixed price. This must be negotiated.
C. Initial Project Timeline
Our first offer to our past clients and new list of prospects is a free webinar on October 30th and make a sales offer to the attendees to purchase a group training program.
Our first series of mailed invitations begin on October 20, followed by our first email series beginning on October 23. We will follow this original live webinar with an invitation to members of our list who did not attend our webinar to give them another chance to participate in a second live webinar scheduled for October 2nd.
D. Scope of Current Project
Initially, we will only be offering about 4 programs for sale. We provide services and have no physical products to sell or deliver. At this point, we are not engaged in affiliate sales.
We need to set up the cart to sell our services, manage our optins and manage our lists. Plus we need to build out a series of autoresponder email sequences and set up our initial email lists. We have already opened working accounts with PowerPay as our merchant processor and [url removed, login to view] as our payment gateway.
As the members on our list participate in different programs and freebies at different times, we need to segment our list so that we can track their activity and communicate better with them according to their relationship with us.
We want to utilize the autoresponder service for confirmations, congratulations, thank you, sales receipts, optin ezine and report delivery, ongoing ezine delivery, announcements, invitations, etc. We also want to do quite a bit of follow-up autoresponder series with our prospects and clients to keep in touch, deliver invitations, new ideas, recommendations, up sells, down sells, and reminders.
E. Target/Deadline Date
We need the cart to be set up and fully functional and tested by October 20. Prospects will be visiting our new website, opting in and registering for the webinar on October 22.
F. Future Work
After this initial milestone date of October 20, if we work well together, we can do more work with 1shoppingcart. There is room for growth as we expand our offerings and marketing tactics.
