Frank,

On to the next phase if you would accept. We want to add another core data object to previous application entitled "Patient". The complete structure of the table is shown at:

I need all the fields entered into the core data object. A few notes about the fields---

free text of course means text edit field, pointer means its pointing to a drop down list--for example religion which could have 9,000,000 entities in it---just kidding. Computed field means the entry is being generated not by the user but the program.

Set of Codes is like religion but in this case the set of codes will have to be generated by us and the pick list is in the next column.

Now we also need that to connect to the web service which is:

for the parameter retrieval:

<tns:Execute location="mumps/basic/Execute" xmlns:tns="http://schemas.ibi.com/iwmumps/basic">

<tns:Command>ZN "VA" DO FIND^DIC(2,"","@;.01","PB","N","","B","","","OUT") ZN "IWAYS"</tns:Command>

<tns:Return>OUT</tns:Return>

</tns:Execute>

I am only using the patient name (.01) to get this going-The filter is again after "PB" and in this case is "N". I am looking for the routine that brings across everything in lieu of using parameters.

The final piece is I would like to have the ability to add a new patient. So I need a plus field/edit button.

To create a new patient requires a few steps listed below--starting with creating an array:

CREATE DATA

<tns:Execute location="mumps/basic/Execute" xmlns:tns="http://schemas.ibi.com/iwmumps/basic">

<tns:Command>ZN "VA" S FDA(2,"+1,",.01)="ZZ2,TEST" ZN "IWAYS"</tns:Command>

</tns:Execute>

<tns:Execute location="mumps/basic/Execute" xmlns:tns="http://schemas.ibi.com/iwmumps/basic">

<tns:Command>ZN "VA" S FDA(2,"+1,",.02)="M" ZN "IWAYS"</tns:Command>

</tns:Execute>

<tns:Execute location="mumps/basic/Execute" xmlns:tns="http://schemas.ibi.com/iwmumps/basic">

<tns:Command>ZN "VA" S FDA(2,"+1,",.03)=3210927 ZN "IWAYS"</tns:Command>

</tns:Execute>

<tns:Execute location="mumps/basic/Execute" xmlns:tns="http://schemas.ibi.com/iwmumps/basic">

<tns:Command>ZN "VA" S FDA(2,"+1,",.09)="999999999" ZN "IWAYS"</tns:Command>

</tns:Execute>

<tns:Execute location="mumps/basic/Execute" xmlns:tns="http://schemas.ibi.com/iwmumps/basic">

<tns:Command>ZN "VA" S FDA(2,"+1,",1901)="N" ZN "IWAYS"</tns:Command>

</tns:Execute>

<tns:Execute location="mumps/basic/Execute" xmlns:tns="http://schemas.ibi.com/iwmumps/basic">

<tns:Command>ZN "VA" S FDA(2,"+1,",.301)="N" ZN "IWAYS"</tns:Command>

</tns:Execute>

<tns:Execute location="mumps/basic/Execute" xmlns:tns="http://schemas.ibi.com/iwmumps/basic">

<tns:Command>ZN "VA" S FDA(2,"+1,",.361)="VETERINARY" ZN "IWAYS"</tns:Command>

</tns:Execute>

<tns:Execute location="mumps/basic/Execute" xmlns:tns="http://schemas.ibi.com/iwmumps/basic">

<tns:Command>ZN "VA" S FDA(2,"+1,",391)="NON-VETERAN (OTHER)" ZN "IWAYS"</tns:Command>

</tns:Execute>

<tns:Execute location="mumps/basic/Execute" xmlns:tns="http://schemas.ibi.com/iwmumps/basic">

<tns:Command>ZN "VA" DO UPDATE^DIE("","FDA","IENS") ZN "IWAYS"</tns:Command>

</tns:Execute>

The last step is the update---command which creates the new record.

After this phase is complete, I have one more core data table to create (at this time) for demo purposes.

Here is a link to 5 video tutorials on sensible table view. The bigger app that we are working toward incorporating your work into uses this. Videos are pretty self explanatory.

Would you be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement for our app.
