I put in the Description $100 just as a guess, Im not sure how much all this would cost, But Im looking more for a quote.
Im looking to have a system built that takes a high resolution camera and streams the video to a small LCD output about 2"x 2"
Additionally I want 10 buttons. 4 would be directional buttons that move the image on the screen left, right, up, down, by one pixel (based on the streaming image size).
The 6 additional buttons would be labeled 1 - 5 and a Reset button.
If one of the 1-5 buttons is held down I want the micro controller to get the X and Y value of the image currently be streamed and save it to the button being held down.
If the button is simply pressed I want the system to try to retrieve an existing X, and Y value that was assigned to the button and place the streaming video at those coordinates. If no values had been assigned I want it to revert to 0,0.
The Reset button would just wipe all coordinates from buttons 1-5 and revert them all to 0,0.
Im not sure how feasible this is. What little electronics knowledge I have makes me think that its more of a programming feat than electronics. I just know that this will involve Firmware that I do not know how to write.
The coordinates that are saved to buttons 1-5 need to be saved in some form of memory and retrievable if the system is shut off and then brought back on. This whole system needs to be battery powered.
I would like the camera to have zoom capabilities, but if it doesn't its not the end of the world.
I'd also like good sized leads on all the electronic components because I will be putting this in a custom box that I have designed.
