We're looking for a financial administration assistant to process business finance applications and mortgages for a rapidly growing brokerage.
The perfect person will be able to confidently;
- Understand lender requirements from their communications (email, web portal or phone)
- Access a variety of web portals and use our in-house systems (Goggle Drive, BaseCamp & Hubspot)
- Communicate with customers so they are informed of the process and know what information we need from them (Phone, BaseCamp and Email)
- Assess financial and credit information received to ensure it will fit the finance providers requirements
Some experience in a financial situation would definitely help, it's unlikely to be in a similar business so mortgage or banking administration and processing would be ideal
Looking for a flexible, part time position around 10 hours per week initially but to potentially increase.
**As communication with lenders and customers is key you will need to be a native English speaker or 100% fluent as some of the terms used will not be commonly taught in English as a Foreign Language.**
