I need a female customer service representative to join me in the office and become the first friendly voice our clients hear. Your main responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, respond to walk-in enquiries, and record every interaction accurately in our CRM so nothing slips through the cracks. Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English is non-negotiable; most of our customers switch between these languages freely, so you must feel equally comfortable speaking and writing in all three. Strong, confident communication skills matter more than any formal certification, and if you can keep conversations clear and courteous while taking concise notes on the computer, you already have the foundation I’m after. Day-to-day you will: • Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk queries • Log each interaction in the system and follow up until the issue is closed • Prepare a short end-of-day summary of pending and resolved cases for me The role is office-based, Monday to Saturday (exact hours can be discussed).
