I DO NOT NEED AI Phone System. I need human to answer call. I’m looking for a dependable customer-service professional who can pick up between 10 – 20 inbound calls a day for my small rental business and keep our booking calendar up to date throughout the shift. You’ll be online from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm Sydney time, answering questions, confirming availability, and making or modifying reservations in our system. Because every caller is a potential repeat guest, fluent English and excellent verbal communication are non-negotiable. You’ll need to listen closely, speak clearly, and leave each caller feeling heard and reassured. Experience with basic booking or CRM software is a plus; if you have worked with tools like Zoho, Guesty, or similar platforms, mention it so I know you can hit the ground running. Daily workflow will include: • Promptly answering each call within two rings • Logging call notes and updating booking details immediately after the conversation • Escalating any unusual issues to me in real time via chat or email At the end of every shift I’d like a brief report summarising calls handled, bookings created or amended, and any follow-ups required for the next day.
