We're looking for a customer representative for an online Software as a Service company offering a live chat solution (helponclick dot com) for website owners.
You should know your way around the internet, be a technical person and know how to kindly handle customers.
The job is to offer 2nd level support for our clients via trouble ticket system, live chat and sometimes phone.
Work load: about 2 hours per day for start.
We're looking for a long term person, if we're both happy, we'll have more work.
1. Self deductive and fast learner (you'll need to learn about the product)
2. HTML + JS knowledge - an advantage
3. Experience with customer service and tech support - required
4. Fluent English over the phone
